Recipy

• In a shaker, mix the mezcal with thelemon juice and the ginger.
• Remove the ginger slices from the shaker and add the strawberry jam and the egg white.
• Shake frantically until you obtain a light and creamy foam.
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again to keep the mixture cool.
• Strain into a glass and garnish with strawberries previously crushed.
• Enjoy with lightness.
