Agave Syrup

Passion fruit coulis
20 ML
Lime, freshly squeezed
100 ML
Ginger Beer
4 TRANCHES
Cucumber

Candied ginger

Pinch of Chilli
Recipe
- Fill your mug completely with ice cubes
- Add 3 slices of cucumber the lime juice in a shaker and blend.
- Add the mezcal, the passionfruit coulis and the agave syrup in the shaker, then mix it all together.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a piece of candied ginger, and add a pinch of chilli.
